The interior look and feel of reclaimed heritage, interwoven with texture and colour that captures the creativity and spirit of the district, is apparent throughout the building. The palette is earthy natural timber, worn tan leather, masculine grey, deep forest green and dashes of red, meted out in rich artisanal textures in the stucco walls, black-metal muntin windows, oversized stencilled way-signage, and the soft and elegant freestanding bathroom ware.

Each of the studio apartments – which are available furnished or unfurnished – boasts SMEG kitchen appliances, an en-suite bathroom, a lounge-cum-bedroom space, and a loft with storage space above the bathroom and kitchen. The two-storey loft apartments have a separate living room and true to their style of inside-outside living, have private terraces offering impressive views of Table Bay and Table Mountain.
